Hi!!
I wanted to report an incident which happened on 12/05/2023 with one of the staffs who identified himself as a General Manager.

As this is a public forum and in the basic courtesy i request you or your team to drop a valid mail id or contact of any sort so that i can write up a detailed report to you as the behaviour was totally unacceptable and should not happen to any one of any sort in the future spoiling the hotel's name!

P.S : As he identified as a manager i am expecting that i can speak to someone who is above the level of manager so that i assume i will get the response and justice needed!

We checked in very early in the morning and were let in our room. The check in process was very easy. Mr.Anand the Room Service manager was very attentive and responsive. He got our room changed to a new one as the first room we got wasn't ready as yet. The breakfast option is pretty good. Not very grand but just the correct amount of dishes. The wifi code at the hotel keeps changing every day and it is rather inconvenient to keep asking for it. Hotel Mangala is a great budget hotel and you will get good value for your money at this place.

Hotel is good. Location is very near to Gandhipuram busstand. The morning breakfast buffet is too good. Rooms are okayish for the price.

One issue I have to mention. I have stayed here for about 8 days here during Sept 2022. I noticed that they will clean the room during the daytime, which is good. But I informed them no need to clean my room when I am not there. Despite this when I came back to the room I noticed they had cleaned. I don't wish someone would open my room when I am not present.
I stayed at Mangala again recently. When I went out this time, I again told them not to open and clean my room. Still they did that. That shouldn't happen. This is genuine feedback which I think the management will consider.
