Compact condominiums located in the IT corridor. Common areas are being maintained properly. Can provide seating facility for visitors. Mostly occupied by young working populations. Overall, this could be a good economic option in the locality.

One of the worst places to live in Saravanmpatty. All thanks to a predatory association . Association is filled with a lot of losers who have nothing better to do other than harass residents. They charged up to 3900 as maintenance for us . There are alot of other flats that provide better amenities and comfort for much less maintenance charges.The association fellows even threatened to file a police case against us just because I took my own bike away without their permission. Just like I mentioned above..alot of losers with too much time to exercise authority over every silly thing .. just to feel good about their own pitiful lives.
