Shifted here recently. New luxurious apartments. The construction is top notch with plenty of space between the flats. The lobby is quite unique. The water facility is great with RO water even for domestic use. There is good wind circulation and light penetration. The parking is quite expensive and easily holds one car and 2 two wheeler with ease. We are a a rent of 27500 + 2500 maintanenece. The location is also central and prime for coimbatore.

Sree Daksha's - Darza is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful property in the city. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. They offered amenities that most developers did not. It could not be better located and amidst of shopping mall, restaurants, transportation, hospitals and schools.

They promise one thing and deliver the house without full filling that,not worth the price bathroom tiles are soo cheap,interiors look like drama settings,price are not fixed ,be carefull before choosing the flat
