Had a very bad experience during an OPD consulting. The labs have devices with poor working conditions and no quick service representative for assistance. Several patients who travelled a long way had to wait the entire day to get the test reports and the managing director didn't consider this serious. Most of the staff here are rude and biased.

They also take payments in advance for everything (including consulting fees) and no refund was given to patients for the unavailable lab reports, which shows how the management operates in a money-minded setup. If you want a good experience there are better services around, so wouldn't recommend Rex.

One of the worst hospital in coimbatore, they only need cash they don’t need customer satisfaction and Safetey .
The doctor is good but don’t go here for anything .
We don’t get any service from them . Doctors are descent and experienced.
But supporting staffs are mannerless, inexperienced. They don’t have proper IP medicine shop, insurance desk
Need to wait hours for medicines for IP PATIENTS.
Money money money …they only working for that ..
