I have waited here for 40mins to order a pizza ???? for my lunch.. i came here at 2:15PM and now it's 3:14PM still I'm not able to order a pizza here then y show is opened ? ... I seen that many people cme and asked for a order.. .. the show person told tht it's will get late for a order.. then y u guys are running this show.. it for hvg pizza right ? .. this is to bad and this is last time to cme here .. and i think they are concentrating online orders so better order from online and hv it if u really need this !

Overloaded staff leads to unhygienic.
Cooked food and used plates were kept together. This place is totally unhygienic. My son want to eat his most loved pizza hut margarita but I had no choice other than giving this.
Nowadays Even a small restaurant in Coimbatore have separate person to deal with the used plates and cleaning tables but not here at funmall.
Same person, he wipes used plates with used tissues then bring them to serve food in the plate. We have been waiting for 40 mins for our pizza while watching the guy.
Hope someone read this and take some action. I am sure a hygiene department will take this very serious especially at the covid situation.

The quality of pizza hut has gone so low. We ordered the last items, and the costliest medium pizzas on the menu and the pizza arrived cold and majority of the pizza was barren. I can literally count the bits of toppings they added.
