Quality is not at all good from Mayflower.
No proper roads. Paver blocks not layed properly. Should have done with Thar road.
Swimming pool is so small and leakage happened in 1 year time. Not in use for more than a year.
Not a quality light and frames.

Not a best quality builder it seems. Lots of failures in this Mayflower Estate community...

Mayflower Estate is right next to the railway line in Urumandampalayam. The first thing that strikes you as you enter is the huge children's play area. Most blocks are completed and occupancy has started. The entire property has a rich look.
