This place is situated in the heart of the city which was really helpful in terms of commuting. I liked the rooms which were neatly maintained very well with a STB connected to the TV, a wardrobe with ample space for placing your things, windows presenting entry for much needed sunlight. Actually I was presented with a room which was actually a part of a 3 BHK house which had a lounge, dining and kitchen on the ground floor and 3 rooms & 2 washrooms on the first floor. It was really a good experience being here. Plus you really tend to enjoy when you bring someone along with you for double occupancy rooms and make sure they have attached washrooms, because only the attached ones have ample space. Plus a working refrigerator, a kitchen which you can make use of. Here, I suggest you guys to wash the utensils before using it as few were not cleaned. This is understandable. Or you could manage by purchasing bottled mineral water. Or maybe this portion was majorly used by bachelors and hence the kitchen is kind of maintained. I think so, they might have a well maintained facility for family stays and you guys should definitely try this once as for ppl like me, "Room" matters a lot and hence I rate 100% when it comes to the rooms. The common areas were maintained well except for the utensils in the kitchen. Hence I would rate 100% for the common area and 70% when it comes to the kitchen. But for bachelors the kitchen hardly matters. Hence it ruled out. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I really enjoyed it a lot and I prefer choosing the same venue if at all I have upcoming work in the nearby surroundings. The proprietor was so cool in communicating with us.

Room condition is not upto the mark for the amount they are charging.

Nice place. Clean rooms .courteous staff.Always helpful.calm and quite location.. All amenities like kitchen, washing machine ,fritz are available.located at a nice place. Near to bus stand,railway station,airport. I Always enjoy my stay and it has become my permanent location when ever I visit coimbatore. Overall rating excellent.
