Ibis Coimbatore City Centre is very good hotel to stay single or with family..

Room was small but was very comfortable... Interior was good enough for comfortable stay...

Breakfast was superb with plenty of items with great taste...

Room service was up to mark and food was tasty...

Hotel Located near to Malls, nearby pure veg restaurant if interested...

Check in and check out process was fast enough...

Overall it was great stay...

First time staying at an Ibis property so don't have a reference point to compare. The hotel is a pure executive class property. The rooms are small and so are the bathrooms. The pipe fittings show their age. The bedsheets were laundered but lightly stained. The room was well arranged given the space constraints. Staff were courteous and prompt. We didn't visit the restaurant. Not a value proposition for the price.

They provided a smoking room which doesn’t have an open window. If somebody smokes then the smoke will filled inside the room. Bathroom doesn’t have a lock which is lacking comfort and privacy. The fish and chicken starters are tasteless and only few items present part of buffet. Roti and pasta and chicken curry was superb and the chicken salad as well. But the price compared to the quality of food and option’s availability is not great. Didn’t much interaction to the hotel staff but the staff in the restaurant was very friendly.
