What I liked:

Location - Good
Accessibility - Good
Rooms - Clean
Restaurant - Good

What I did not like:

Front office staff - Unprofessional
Check in and Check out time - long
Allocation of room - During busy days, you can get if you are lucky

They asked us to wait for sometime to allocate a room. But took 3 hours and spoiled the entire day's plan. There was no responsible person who was able to tell what was happening

Though there are a few good things, their unprofessional working style can spoil your day.

Excellent hotel and room service.
No gym and other amenities but rooms are good so 4 star.
Biriyani is ok in buffet and i felt cardamom slightly on over side. Other dishes are good in dinner and must try BBQ and sizzlers

Very unorganised. There is no system. Feels like dealing with roadside vegetable vendors. We had a pathetic experience.

The management should take a deep look into this. When I go through the other reviews, even many people went through the same experience.
