The hotel is at a walkable distance from the railway station. I reached the hotel by 9.30pm and asked for extending the check out time by 6pm next day but the management refused. The check in process was time consuming. The room was neat and clean. Bathroom is okay (3.8/5). I booked a double bed room . They provided 2 soaps and only one towelBy morning 6.30am I checked out from the hotel and in morning hot water was available. I got the room for(including tax) which I think is a bit expensive for the time I spent there(9hours). If you get this room(non AC standard) for or less then it's a good deal.Overall I rate the experience as 3.7/5

A decent hotel to check in.... Not very spacious rooms some rooms were like dungeon no proper fans because of which it was unbearable during the summer time... Not a very responsive customer service.

Poor experience.
My father booked a room prepaid in MakeMyTrip.
Hotel staff sent them to another hotel, which was poor; when they refused,
Kept them waiting 2 hours.
Go at your own risk

It's my duty to let people know you're not a clean establishment.
When I'm getting back home, I'll talk to my parents about their experience, and I'd spend my time talking to MakeMyTrip customer care and give them the proper review.
You people shouldn't be getting prepaid booking from any popular app.
