I’ve been here for almost 8 years now. One of the finest, personal training studios in Coimbatore. The trainer is well educated and professional. Different method of workouts keeps us excited which helps us mentally push more. Most importantly, this place is not like your regular gym.

If you have a goal to change your body and mind, this is the place to be .

Called for an enquiry about personal training, Mr. Soundarajan attended the call. I was trying to ask him many questions about the gym, trainer qualifications, cost etc. to see if this would be a suitable fit. He was very blunt in answering questions, did not provide clear explanations and said 'anyway we get many enquiries so it's a waste of time for us'. It's easily recognisable whether someone is wasting time or wanted legit information. Without answering much he said come and speak in person. When I asked about the gym timings and when I could drop by he said it's upto you if you're serious or not. Then said I'm not free in the mornings. This is why clients take the time to find out information before walking into a gym, because like it's a waste of time for you, not having anybody available is a waste of time for us too. Was eagerly hoping to join after reading some good reviews, but if the initial discussion itself was so disappointing then I don't have the confidence of receiving proper training. Very professional and committed trainer with years of experience in fitness training. Gives individual attention and doesn’t crowd the gym so the trainees get the full benefit of the workouts. Has got all the required equipment in plenty and a very compact and all-round gym. Overall a very good place to workout and get fit!!!!
