One of the Best Fitness center in Coimbatore. I have been trained by Lokesh for the last 5 months which helped me to gain Muscles and reduce weight. Trainers are user friendly by understanding and helping the customers needs... Very well equipped GYM. ...Nice ambience and located in center of the city ...Great place for workout.????

FITNESS ONE PEELAMEDU is an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. Their group classes are challenging and fun they focus on strength training more than group classes I’ve tried which I love. It’s great to be able to really get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, while still getting that cardio in. Convenience at its finest. A special shout out to one of the trainers LOGESH.He’s always been very welcoming, kind and generous.

Coaches here are friendly and exercises given by them are very effective. Very good atmosphere to workout with no disturbance and distraction. Cost effective and user friendly place.
