Great place to stay near US consulate. The staff was really great!!! They were receptive to questions and willing to help, especially if you do not know the place very well. Rooms were well maintained and the room service was good as well. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible service.
The breakfast has very little options and service was extremely late.
Anything you want to order from room service, in-room dining, room cleaning etc will have to be done multiple times at reception then there is a chance that the staff will come.
The hotel price DO NOT match with the actual experience.
The only thing good about this hotel is that it is in walking distance from both US consulate and VAC office. That's it.

Rooms are good. It is located in a central place, particularly good location for people going to Chennai for getting USA visa. It is located in between Visa application Centre and Consulate.
Drinking water of only 1 litre is provided per room per day, which is insufficient.
