I been to Thadam for an interview.

Interview was good and people also so nice.

Apptitude(very basics),F2F(Formal)& HR interview.

HR EXPLAINED about their policy.

1. No salary for the 3 month instead they provide 6000.
Shift will be 7pm to 4am
2. Salary is fix take home ₹13.6K per month.
3. You have to sign a bond for 18 months they are not forcing.

For the offer they are giving i hope it is too much for a bond.
