Here is the detailed review:

Good hotel with poor service.

The rooms are efficiently good! Worth the price. But half of the staff are very rude and poor at there service following are the details:

1. Gave freshly painted room : I was given a freshly painted room and the Kerosene smell was very hard (so strong that my wife has allergy now) however, they changed the room on day -2.

2. Staff asking tip expressively : while changing the room, the staff who helped to change the room directly asked for a tip (with an added excuse that he won’t be in service the next day) I don’t expect from a star rated hotel.

3. Rooftop restaurant : they will literally act like they want to kick you if you stay there post 11:00 PM ( me and wife was very uncomfortable with the behaviour of la cabana - roof top bar)

4. Confused staff : the staff is always confused amongst itself, the reception told me they do not have a room with any balcony, but it had. They told me I can take my mini bar drink upstairs AND THE GUYS ON ROOFTOP TREATED US VERY BADLY TO BRING THE MINI BAR DRINK ON ROOFTOP. To which we felt very very uncomfortable.

There is a reason why I felt.. “this will always be a park elenza and not THE PARK”

Not at all satisfied with the roof top staff behaviour.

Hotel Park Elanza is a great hotel that offers a wonderful dining experience, relaxing spa treatments, and refreshing pool facilities. The pool is clean and well maintained, providing a great spot to cool off and unwind. The staff are welcoming and friendly, making sure that you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hotel Park Elanza for those looking for a great hotel with excellent dining, spa, and pool facilities.

Location was almost nearer to all the main places in the city and very near to Valluvarkottam.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Haven’t found any discomfort in the room and was quite decent. Washroom also was good and clean and comfortable and decent.

Staff was very friendly and given early checkout at a minimal cost. Room service was really awesome. Food will be available 24*7 for in room dining. This was really good for the one who will arrive late or something like that.

Overall experience was awesome and hope to stay here again with in near future.
