As far as room convenient is concerned there is no landline to contact the reception.
There is no mirror to dress up.
There is no hangers to hang up the clothes.
There is no wardrobe.
Being a senior citizen there is no lift.
Ac frequently goes off. Gets trips frequently.
Even at 1 am midnight we have to call the room service to on the AC.
This are problems in that guest house.
Service from receptionist to room boy is decent.

Worse hotel seen in lifetime...two star I gave for location and front desk people.

No hot water , no water initially for flush, fan not working.
After complaining front desk flush repaired but hot water no had to request then they arrnage from another room one bucket.

One good thing front desk people are good they help you in printing pages also this hotel is in 2km radius from USA consulate and VAC Chennai..

It was a revelation. Never imagined that there would be hotel in an inconspicuous location which is quite neat with well mannered staff. The rooms for the price of Rs2000/- per day were very good. It nice to see the staff voluntarily going and fixing auto fairs so that one is not taken for a ride. Beauty of this place it is surrounded by a North Indian /Chinese and a Resto Bar and one has the pleasure to choose to go anywhere. We ( me and my family ) were told of the other restaurants of the group which were close by but could not visit. I have already recommended this hotel to my family and friends and will recommend for anyone who wants a decent budget hotel in the center of the city with all facilities like wifi,laundry,food and best service. Keep it up
