A little early for Buffet Dinner ( on x-Mas day ) and the starters were not warm. When took up with the staff immediately they brought hot ones to the table. Very well appreciate the courteous response. Loved the dessert spread - awesome.
Very good service.
Differentiating Veg & Non Veg at Salad & starter counters was difficult for vegetarians.
Waiting lounge offers Table Tennis, Chess & other games to keep the kids engaged - a good idea.
A satisfying experience for the family.

Enjoyed the stay overall. Neat, cozy rooms with great views. Good pool and having pool floating equipment made it more fun. Buffet breakfast was good. Lot of options and tasted good as well. Kids play things were also fun.
We did have some issues during our stay. Staff frequently messed up. We ordered two items from in room dining. They brought only one and missed to bring the other. Had to make calls and sort it out. And then we had booked appointment with the spa. When we turned up for the appointment they said they did not have any appointment. Only then we realized reception patched us to SIPCOT Novotel spa. In the breakfast buffet, we had to keep reminding about the live station orders like Dosa and omelet. Also no information about the stay, buffet timings, key card access requirement for the lift was conveyed during check-in.
Nevertheless we enjoyed the stay a lot and if you can rectify these minor errors, it would be the best place to stay for the cost.

Went for dinner as part of family get together. it was a wonderful experience. The food served was excellent, delicious, and must definitely agree It's a $100 meal. Mr. Shiva, the staff of the hotel has taken care of us in a very good manner and it was so welcoming and professional. Give an a chance again We would definitely like to visit the same place in future.
