The most outstanding aspect of this hotel was the service from all their staffs. Checking in was a breeze and they always did their best to accommodate requests not just from me but the other guests that I saw at the check in desk as well.
Food at this hotel was also very good. We didn't get to try the restaurants here unfortunately but the breakfast buffet and in-room dining was always nice and fresh.
Location of the hotel as well was very convenient for us with regards to shopping. Was also pretty easy and reasonably priced to arrange for transportation through their travel desk.

Alright stay with some issues. The place looks nice and rooms are pretty clean. Service was over and above - and what you expect for 5star.
But there were some maintainer issues. The room (rm819) had an intermittently flickering light in the bathroom that annoyed me a lot everyday.
The coffee machine at the breakfast buffet was broken. If there is one thing at a minimum I need at a 5star it’s a decent coffee in the morning. Despite knowing of the issue, it wasn’t fixed in the 3 days I was there which in my view is unacceptable. If it was my business I’d have got an emergency new coffee machine in.
The bars and restaurants were good quality and service.
The spa was great! Very professional massage and very relaxing/ good quality. The price was fine.

We were grateful for this upgrade from the Lotus. We struggle with the language barrier and being able to walk to shopping and to the engagement and wedding we are here to attend is perfect. We want our first trip outside of the US to be memorable. We will book this hotel in the future and recommend highly to others. Food is amazing, staff is incredible, accomodations are excellent.4 star. hotel...we feel grateful to score a room here. Thank you The Grand at GRT!! Grateful Americans
