The temple has been newly painted and renovated which looks very spiritual, stunning and extraordinary.

The paintings above the roof look fabulous and drastically wonderful.

The temple is older enough and one of the magnificent Muruga worshipers.

It gives peace and calm inside our every individual soul.

Accomplish to come to these places once in a lifetime.

Very Holy Temple . I have been worshiping this deity for more than 50 years..
But of late, I found ....

1. The Rocky flooring inside the temple premises does not help the bakthas either during Summers (Too hot during day times,) not during rains with water clogging on uneven surfaces. The previous set up of flooring was good.
2. Not able to pray continuously even for five minutes during non peak , non rush hours. The system is such you cannot stand more than two minutes. ( Not during festival or important dates)
3. The entry to reach the main deity takes more time even during non peak hours for senior citizens.

One of the famous religious destinations in Chennai. The temple even has metro connectivity other than bus transport. After renovation the temple is looking so good. Has counters to buy special dharshan (₹50) and archanani tickets (₹5). A parking facility seems to be available at 2 streets back of the temple.
