With load of facilities lack of humanity. Sharing my own experience since 7 days they are still not able to tell us the main cause of illness, too late to give reports. Being a human being learn to treat other human beings as a human. Yes I agreed patiant and visitor should be patience but till when?
I must say people don't have heart to do their best. It is best to not be sick.
