The best pg probably in whole of kota with advanced facilities at reasonable price........ What I loved the most apart from that is the behaviour and support that Vinayak baya provides as in you want anything done he gets it done instantly....... Never made me felt like I wasn't at home............#love&respect ❤

This pg is absolutely superb, the owner are friendly, helpful. The facilities are cleaned regularly, rooms are spacious, air conditioned as well as cooler available,RO and watercooler,24×7CCTV, free wireless internet also available .
It's location is like an island.....
peace and no too much traffic sound,or no any other disturbance of Kota Wale friends
it's an easy walk to go anywhere( Allen satyarth-sammunat,motion daksh campus) and close to govt. dispensery and park
most fascinating is that one of our neighbour was NV sir (yes, it's nitin Vijay, director of motion)

I stayed in a cooler room SF1 for session 22-23 and had no complaints whatsoever
I don't think there was one day when this place wasn't fully booked - book early.

This the best pg i have ever seen.
Behaviour of owner is very sweet.
