I recently stayed at the OM Pratiksha Hotel during a business trip to Gurgaon, India, and I must say that I was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is located in a prime location in the heart of the city, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff, who promptly checked me into my room. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay, including a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's on-site restaurant, which offered a wide range of delicious dishes and excellent service. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center, which was well-equipped with the latest exercise equipment, and the hotel's rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city skyline.

The staff at OM Pratiksha Hotel were always available and eager to help with any questions or concerns that I had during my stay. They were attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One of the few downsides to my stay was the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet, which was the same every day. However, the quality of the food was excellent, and the staff was always accommodating to any requests.

Overall, I would highly recommend the OM Pratiksha Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Gurgaon. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was unbeatable. I look forward to returning to the OM Pratiksha Hotel on my next visit to the city.

The ambience was quite ok as in budget section place. The logging was very well maintained and clean with very decent ambience. The parking area was also well maintained and with sitting options one can relax well after heavy and stressful driving. The rest rooms well well maintained and hygiene was quite maintained though being budget section hotel at jodhpur Highway. The food quality and quantity was ok ok... One can have food but the service out there was not upto the mark... Though they have sufficient staff to cater the guest but we're not able to manage.

Worst taste and staff is even more worst. I ordered pav bhaji... Taste was not good at all.. And service is too late. Overall it is bad experience .
