It's been just an hour at this property and we total 8 guest's are already frustrated... Swimming Pool Under maintain distance....which was one of the main reason to book this property, Roof Top Bar Closed...Which was again... a reason to book this place...Just asked for a Simple Sprite (at 11pm) (Which usually is there in a normal fridge in any hotel) But again to our (Not So) surprise....they refused it saying, the keys are not with us.

Toilets and bed not clean when we checked in, phone not working the whole time. Smelly washrooms, sheets also dirty. The reception staff was so rude, took an hour to just check-in, not at all helpful. Do not go to this hotel, it is not worth it and zero value for money.
There are way better hotels in Jaipur.
We had a 3 day trip but checked out of the hotel on the first day as the service was very bad.
