Guys don't trust this travel agency especially Mr. Navdeep Kumar. They all are fruad and cheater. We had really bad experience during our Rajasthan trip They took full money from us and not paid to hotels and taxi drivers. We booked Innova and paid extra amount for that but they gave us sedan cab and not refunded our money. They didn't not informed us about our cancelled flight and gave us rude answers when we asked about that. We had to call them constantly for refund.
Holidays are for relaxation but we not really enjoyed our trip because of this guys. They humiliated us in their own city.thats how they treat their customers

Stay away from them they are fraud. its big scam.

Me & my entire family was hostage at each & every hotel at checkout time. Everyone was saying that Sidhak holidays didn't pay them long dues. Operator Honey & His brother both are fraud, they will switch off the phone or block my number during the period.

There is one more local goon Tarun is part of their scam & hotels are also involved.

Honey didn't give me hotel vouchers, giving shameless excuse that our mother got cancer and he is busy in hospital, which was absolutely rubbish and not true. It was all planned game.

IMPORTANT: All the rating on site are faked, just check other ratings of the same reviewer, all of them are reviewing similar doctors, business, restaurants, hotel etc. Read lower rating and you will know the truth.

When they say 3star hotel, that means google rating of 3star, mostly hotels are 3rd class.

I stayed on below hotels & dates (hotels suppose to be 3star)

Jodhpur: 3rd & 4th Jan
OM Heritage

Jaisalmer: 5th Jan
Hotel Bansuri (There are two and in google you need to choose the 3rd class one)

SAM: 6th Jan
Khamma Ghani (Most horrifying experience in dune)
Please note that Police van is available in near by parking area, so don't afraid and contact them. I was not aware of this).

I had the trip 2 years back, and you can imagine how bad the experience was that i am writing this after 2 years. we planned to go to Uttarakhand and they said that covid report is not needed, but at the check post, they said that it is compulsory. Now, this Navdeep guy said we will take you there by some other route where we might not get any checkpost. We didn't agree and asked to be taken somewhere else. Now they started planning to get more money out of us. The driver stopped at a very remote hotel for food then the manager called and said we need to give more money for hotels cab etc they only they can get us somewhere. We had to agree as it was getting dark and I was with my wife. I called the travel triangle executive and he was supporting the Travel agent and did not help us at all and stopped receiving our call. We paid extra, got to the hotel then things looked fine, next day we went to the next hotel, went out to the market enjoyed the day. They were supposed to pay the next hotel but they didn't and when we had to check out in the early morning the hotel demanded we make the payment. Neither the booking agent nor the Travel Triangle executive helped us, so we paid and left. Now the cab driver Rohit while taking us back said we need to pay him his money which we have already paid and when we said no, he talked to that Navdeep guy he stopped at a petrol pump and started to say he can't go further if he doesn't get his money. I called a family member which is in Police then only the driver behaved and got us back home safely.
I would recommend don't trust Travel triangle or such travel agents, keep your backup and safety measures in place.
