Some of my best memories in Jaipur were at this temple.
We went early in the morning and the short walk from the gate to the temple itself was pure bliss.
We sat on a bench for a while and just heard the birds chirping in the background very peacefully.
We saw more than 100 peacocks on the way to the temple.
Once inside, we got the opportunity to witness the Aarti, in which even kids participated wholeheartedly.
Visited the eternal diya and prayed for as long as we needed to without any interruptions.

A very beautiful and picturesque temple in Jaipur. The main temple complex is between the 2 hills and it seems as if it’s been lodged there. Quite scenic location. The temple complex is quite large and there 2 main temples.
The place is also famous for sulphur water kund snan. It’s a natural sourced water and taking a dip in it is considered sacred.
You need to pay 100₹ to capture the clicks either by mobile or camera. There is also an entry fee and parking charges to be paid. Ample parking space available.
There are beautiful paintings on the walls of the temple which gives a very ethnic look to the temples.
Staff present there is not good and helpful. They are just there to mint money from the tourists. This kind of behaviour ruins the whole experience for the people.
But other than that this is a great place to visit. Definitely recommended as it another great example of our rich culture.

Depending on from wich side you walk up they charge you or not charge you. So some people have to pay others not. Also as a tourist you have to pay waay too much money and they charge you 200INR just for having a phone. Not for taking pictures. Just for having it! Thats not ok!
The view is nice tho
