Its a bad stay for me in this hotel.
The staff was talking like they are the owner of this hotel . And the rules they are making like this is not the hotel its a school.
They ask me to paid 1000 for one person who is is just came to visit as a visitors and that is fair enoung I paid. But the very next day the ask me to pay 1500 for one hour for one visiotrs and told me these are the rules . Pathetic rules by th way. Then we came to their air conditioner
I must say they should put couler in their rooms and remove the ac policy
Ac wasnt working for 10 hours as hotel policy ac will take 1-2 hour to make your room cool. This is not hotel its look like a hospital
The hotel is suffering from very serious problem
I will never stay here or recomend to anyone
Fake hotel fake staff and fake ambience
Lot more to stay but i think is enough to tell someone that please stay somewhere else dont stay in hospital renest

Rooms are not maintained properly. Dust was there on bed rest, side tables etc. Also bathroom WC was dirty even at time of check in. Needs better maintenance and housekeepiing of rooms.
Main course food taste was good in restaurant. Need to improve quality of bakery items in breakfast.

Rooms were not maintained. We were provided with a twin bed room with both the beds combined. But after complaining we were provided with a queen bed room however the room provided had a door that was directly connected to another room causing privacy issues. The guests in the other room were constantly trying to open the door making it alarming for us .

The AC didn't work at all causing suffocation. Had to call them 5 times still no solution provided. Had to call them for a gyser issue as well.

Positives: Polite staff. Provided early check-in and late check-out. Room service was good.
