Hotel management need to work on room preparation. Bedsheets, towel and quilt are not sufficient neat and clean and infact cleaning need improvement. I stayed with family for 3 nights and were disappointed. No dental kit, hair comb sleepers although on request they were provided. Soap quality too low. Food was good. Hospitality was good by few staff although very few staff were in argument mood.
Let us hope for improvements for next time.

The Food Quality is of very low standard and tasteless. They provide oil based cheap quality Ice-cream of local firm at high price and give excuses that our vendor provides this to us. I booked this property for a function party and paid expensive amount for the Food but got insulted infront of my all guests due to tasteless food and low standard ice-cream served to them. On complaint they said we accept our mistake, we will try to do better next time and inform our management team about it but this time you have to pay full amount and I paid that.

If google starts providing star less than one would be happy giving it but unfortunately its not the case.On imm basis certain things hotel needs to adapt

1) While handling keys to guest some person should escort with them which they even don't know I guess
2) Room was filled with faults geyser not working door stiffness.They saying we will call plumber and fix it.Guest have not come to make their things operational they come for pleasant experience.
3)People their talk arrogantly saying anything which u need is their in menu when called for its not available we are at the mercy of things available in their kitchen. Fortunatly we only had sandwich and tea and hence took decision of strictly eating outside.

Its unbiased review and its not against hotel management please consider above points before booking it
