The lake and garden in the middle so pretty from the palace above. I went there in August and the lake was pretty full. And it looked amazing.

This lake is located just below the Amer Fort and is fed by rainwater flowing down frim the surrounding hills.
It's located about 10 km away from the main city, and used to be the source of water for the residents of the area for two to three centuries.
The visarjan of Ganesh idols after the festival also takes place here
