Rooms were very nice, big enough; Easily accessible hotel from station, bus stop. BUT... BUT... BUT.... THE UPPER LEVEL STAFF SEEMED TO BE RUDE, THEY NEED TO SMILE MORE OFTEN. EVEN THE LADY AT THE RESTAURANT (MAY BE SHE WAS OWNER/MANAGER) SEEMED TO BE ARROGANT.

I paid 10k for 3 night 4 days, but no hot water after morning/afternoon. I requested for turning on hot water, and they said water will be availed after half an hour..... Their geaser must be of Mughal's era.

Nice interiors. You have to do a Sharing cab from the station around 80rs for Om tower hotel. Food taste can improve more. It also includes a 360° revolving restaurant at the top of Om Tower. Hot drinking water facility and other facilities should improve more. Overall good experience

The behaviour of the guards upon seeing a small car is outrageous. The management should teach the lesson of not judging the book by its cover. I decided to go somewhere else and book.
