Staff was great and courteous and took care of my booking as per my requests. Location was good, however there are downsides to this hotel are:
Old beds - the mattresses were sunken in and i had difficulty sleeping.
Food - Below average.
Rooms were tiny. I would pick a different hotel for this price. This is a 3 star hotel it is not five star.

We booked 2 rooms for a night. Overall room was clean.
But highly disappointed with the staff at the lobby/reception. During check out my family(including 2 year old ) were asked to wait and hold on for like 15-20 minutes in the lobby area. The reason being,
they were not able to locate a hand towel in one of the rooms, which apparently we didn’t use. ( We never use it any towels in any hotels that we stay in ).
Please try to value people’s time and be better. I wish no one gets this sort of humiliating experience.
We won’t be chosing this hotel in future and advise other people to do so.

Best experience for 3 Days. Room was good, service good. One day there was a small piece of Glass in food. It will be rear but happens with me. I hope there will be no such mistake next time.
