They will ask you to wait after checkout and waste your time to check the room to make sure you haven't stolen any stuff from their room.

First - it is unprofessional to hold up the guests to inspect the room after checkout.
Second - their staff is incompetent. They Could not find a cheap towel and they asked me to wait after checkout since they were unable to find a stupid towel. I had to go back and it was right there where it was supposed to be.

Other than that - we were denied dry towels in the evening. So if you have a habit of bathing twice, don't do it here, they won't give you dry towels, how stupid is that.

Twin occupancy room had everything in single quantity (cups, glass, etc) and we were denied extra cups (they might have thought they will have to search for cups after check out).

Overall very bad experience from service point of view. Cheap lodges serve better than this hotel.

We were so happy to be there and enjoyed every bit of it. Rooms are spacious and clean, service was excellent and we were upgraded to presidential suite. Breakfast was yum and kids enjoyed at pool side. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Thanks hotel staff for great service!

One word will suffice... PATHETIC experience...
1. Break fast options limited.. No one even served water...
2. Room is all but standard.. With dirty washroom and broken shower.
3. If u want to take hot shower before bed... Sorry.. No hot water available.. Need to take a cold one in winters too..
4. Front desk started giving missed calls in room to checkout.. And was absolute rude during checkout.. Except the fake accent... No courtesy.. Not even bothered to take feedback
5. No assistance in luggage..if u seem like no tip...types... Have to carry own luggage to car .. As I think they judged you for being a person who need no service. I think one need to wear fancy clothes for getting one.
6. Two men (valet) were standing next to the car.. I was trying to carry heavy luggage to keep inside my taxi to airport.. They didn't even bothered to ask for assistance...

If you want to have bad morning.. With broken sleep pattern and worst service of your life... You may go ahead to book it. I am never coming back.
