This gym is for boys and girls. All kinds of machines available here at the moment. He is good coach. Everyone is good for you to be a good day at work. Heavy workout. The Royal Gym.

I have been working out in this gym since 5 years.Years back,when i had lost all hopes of getting in shape TANDON FITNESS helped me out in getting into my desired shape . Randhir sir is a great mentor. He is very cooperative and pays attention to everyone around him . I always recommend my knowns to be a part of this gym. Now that i put up in Delhi . I always make sure whenever i am travelling to ludhiana i come here for my regular fitness . He provides best workout plans and diet plans. TANDON FITNESS is the best gym i have ever come accross.
