A bad service five star hotel, if any. Would strongly advise anyone to stay away from it. It’s probably the worst radison I have ever visited. Not only is their service bad but the rooms also wouldn’t qualify as three star. For example the water stopped while I was half way into the shower. On complaining they have the audacity to say that the only other available room doesn’t even contain a health faucet in the toilet. They expect us to use a mug for our business. Seriously guys, if someone is listening, get your act in order else if won’t be long before you have to close shop……

Worst service and worst place. Kettle is not working, mini bar is locked not opened on request, exhaust doesn't work, hair dryer doesn't work. One lift doesn't work, we have to wait long for one lift. No one cares even after complaints. Shower cap is given miserly after umpteen requests. Faulty door design of walking wardrobe, see attached pic. Will never visit Radisson group ever.
