The property is located in the heart of Ludhiana city, also known as Manchester of the East. The location of the property makes it very convenient to commute within the entire city without spending long hours for travel as most of the businesses are located within a 10km radius of the city. The rooms are very well kept. The entire staff is very cordial and hospitable. The food in the dinner buffet as well as the breakfast buffet is really tasty and has a wide variety of options to choose from.If something can be improved that would be wifi connection as well charging sockets. Overall i had a very comfortable and satisfying stay at the property

Situated at Prime location in Ludhiana. Luxurious speak its own. Food here was good in taste and quality. Little bit slow in service that need to be improved.

Oldest 5-star in Ludhiana. Excellent location and staff. But most discourteous valets and gate keeper. You come and they don't even bother to take your luggage.
Bathrooms are from another generation.
Needs serious infusion of funds for remodeling.
