I bought two shirts from them in July 2019. There was color bleed observed while washing the shirts with a detergent. I filed a complaint (ID- 90897) regarding the same in August 2019

After more than a month, a report forwarded to me stating that a test was done with normal water alone and no color bleed was observed. I raised an objection why testing was not done with detergent to which no reply has been given till date. Your test is faulty and not based on "comprehensive analysis", as claimed by them.

Since the shirts have never been tested for color bleed with the application of detergent, my complaint remains unaddressed.

They did not even care to inform me that shirts have been received back at the store after testing. Very poor and inefficient services.
