I recently stayed and wanted to share my experience. While the rooms themselves were adequate, I must say that the service I received during my stay was disappointing and fell well below my expectations.

Despite the decent rooms, the overall service was the poorest I have ever encountered. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. Simple requests for assistance or information were met with delayed responses, if any at all. It was disheartening to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest.

In addition, there were instances where basic amenities were not replenished promptly, and housekeeping seemed inconsistent. The lack of attention to detail and the overall level of service left much to be desired.

I believe that exceptional service is a key component of a satisfactory hotel experience, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking during my stay. While the rooms themselves were fine, the poor service overshadowed any positives.

I hope that this feedback can serve as an opportunity for the hotel management to address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.

Hi, I've been to this place and we've booked 4 rooms from 15.04.2023 - 16.04.2023. Location was quite isolated and bit far from the city. Moreover the only reason I've booked this property bcoz of the name "Lemon Tree". I was no where close to the other Lemon Tree properties. Rooms & Washrooms were not at all clean. There were dust all over. 2 out of 4 rooms Ac's were not working. In one of the room there were no lock in the washroom. One room charge was around /- INR which was complete waste. The similar room I could have got in 1500/- INRDear visitors please think twice before booking this property.The only positive point Hotel staff was good.

The Air-conditioning was poor the room was not getting chill. Cooling problem was not fixed despite of informing the staff.. while staff was courteous they probably couldn't fix the bad aircon. There was some bad smell of smoke in the lobby and the same was stinking property is not well maintained. My experience was not worth the money i had spent here . Not recommended.
