Old lady on reception name Neelam,so rude.if we does not satisfied with the any product,you will make a change its ur return policy.but when I went again to make a return she said 'eh return Karan waleyan ne tan dimag kharab kar rkhya hai'
How cheap and rude language is this. She should not be on reption,have no quality of a receptionist. She doesn't even seems like a receptionist.if the owner take a look on this plz check.i don't even know how old your customer I am . May be more then 20 years

Very bad experience they dont me for guarantee of bag after bad handel is broken they told me only warranty .. and billing person js also have no knowledge. On product written is gurantee
