Worst experience ever. Staff is mannerless and unprofessional. While patients were waiting, staff was doing fun and announcing their coworker’s names on mic for no reason and laughing too loud. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone because this is not how the hospital should look like. They don’t deserve even one star. And they do discrimination too, if someone is well dressed and look like educated then staff answer normally but if somebody looks simple then their behaviour is very disrespectful and rude. I’m witness to this incident. It happened with someone in-front of me. Please don’t visit this place totally waste of your money and time. Most importantly the girl at the reception need manners. “SHE REALLY NEEDS IT”.

Worst lab in Ludhiana, kept me waiting for 1.30 hrs with full pressure of urine even after repeated requests to receptionist and after half an hour she acted surprised and asked me that oh, u didn't get your ultrasound... Very rude and unprofessional...

Scoundrels and Frauds. Staff is very unpolite and liars . They will cheat you with your money. If people are fearful of getting cheated by medical professionals, its only because of people lile them.
