Lots of issues. Here i am talking about Mohali (Including Aman City)
1. Traffic jams
2. Commuting expensive.
3. No one talks in right manner specially to outsiders.
4. There are lots of Reality projects are going on. No one tells you is it
a. Legal status.
b. Water and electricity supply status.
c. Completion & possession certificate status.
d. Even you get bank loan against any property (legal or illegal).
5. Living expensive.
6. Private Schools - Expensive.
So, if you are planning to come to this city. Make your own arrangements.
