Well, I have had food from them many times but the last time was my last. Waited 40 minutes for my order...Swiggy Zomato guys came in n out but the customers sitting in were not entertained properly. I understand during peak time you have to wait a bit. But 40 minutes is a lot and still counting. I am particularly annoyed because a family came after 10 minutes I came, yet they were served before me. I am not complaining by Nature but that was kind of rude and I just walked out and they lost their local resident customer along with many more I recommended before with this gesture.

Take to much time for make my order ready, food quality is too bed, such a very bad experience..
