They took fifteen minutes to give food the policy of seven minutes wasn't applied the worker was taking a order and working for five minutes then taking next order. The meal I took wasn't given full. I don't even want to give one star.

very unprofessional and E Grade staff. we visited yesterday at night during closing time they denied to give us food which is not bad thing but the way they denied us and the talking behaviour of the staff is very poor . m not asking food for without money you should keep staaf at your franchise at least they should know how to deal with a customer very poor services. i’ll never go again at your franchise again near amritsar haweli .

Slowest and most pathetic experience ever in a KFC. The lady at the cash counter behaves like we’re eating free on charity. Please train staff properly.
