The real doctor who was present in the clinic is no more sitting there. The helper guy has taken over the clinic. He will treat the pets very nicely at first, then he won't even look at them.

I went there with my 9yr old GSD as he was suddenly limping from one of his legs. The doctor took 2 hrs to give a response after a bunch of requests. He prioritised the new patients. After that he didn't even touch his leg or diagnosed anything, he just recommended a bunch of antibiotics.
As a result, his leg didn't heal but his kidney and liver were stressed and he did black vomiting. We had to take him to another doctor.

I know that this review is going to be just another one star. But it won't change the fact that the doctor is useless (not even a real doctor).

If you guys are looking for a good pet care, please try checking Hello Pet care once. The doctor over there is friendly and will thoroughly check your pet before recommending anything.

When an animal come to a clinic specially in critical condition he/she should be isolated I agree to this... But isolation under a tree with no roof.. no fan in this harsh weather will surely make the animal more serious. I agree our cat was not in good condition when came but the kind of attitude the vet was giving to my old parent was too upsetting. I had a word with the vet on call, he wants me to talk to him respectfully which I was doing as much Oriya I know but rather than telling me the answer of the questions I asked, he was correcting me and when I talked to him in English the reply was in YES or NO. I HEARD THE VET SEEVICE OF BHUBANESWAR IS PATHETIC TODAY I EXPERIENCED IT. People go to the vets with the hope here the intial attitude clearly said The vet doesn't care about the patient.

Your reply to the review is so pathetic. Isolation under a tree make the critical case worse don't know why you have no idea on this. My parents created a fuss in the clinic you are saying and what you have done think about it .. I personally go to vets daily here in Chandigarh everyone have isolation room they are not treating animals under the tree. Most important pets are family... if any fuss is being created by family in the hospital which was done by my parents u can not disrespect them. Have to understand their emotions ...
I will make sure this should be checked by the administration and veterinary council in Bhubaneswar else the pets who need the intensive care will surely die . Don't feel sad about our cat, work where it is needed. Always take the feedback as suggestion, there may be room of improvement. No one of us are perfect...if you think you are u need to change the attitude..
If I want I can flood your review box with negative comments but I will not so don't say I doing it purposely.

Extremely unpleasant experience. First of all you won't get proper answer to any enquiries related to your concerns and then you won't know the exact line of treatment for your pet. Not a reliable place at all...there's much to mention and write but this is all I would like to say for now that this isn't a reliable and trustworthy place for your pet care as well as treatment .
