Swosti Grand - Best Hotel near Bhubaneswar Railway Station and Airport

Pretty good hotel very close to Bhubaneswar railway station. Staff was friendly and I didn't have any complaints for any services. Rooms are bit small but were clean. The complimentary breakfast had quite a few options and it was great.
Overall, a decent hotel at very convenient location.

Room was neat and clean, had a pleasant scent, and kitchen service was excellent. A special thanks to Kiran for his hospitality. Ambience and all services were outstanding.

We went there for a family lunch as such it's like since childhood we often visit here during special occasions or celebrations. But yes I have been sad with the service since the past 2 times. Even this time we had to leave the table amidst the food. They normally take like 15-20mintues to 30minutes to serve the entire order but this time and the last it was like great hell. We had waited for 1 and half hours and just got served with the starters after 1hour and then oh ghosh they didn't even give water no plates spoons were so dirty. Like after an hour when we started leaving they began requesting like anything not to leave but we were there before 2:30pm and left nearly 4o'clock. The irritation of the service just squeezed our hunger and spoiled our special day. Really, this is not what Swosti was earlier. Very disappointed.
