Staffs are cooperative and they greet well. Prakash and his team who we were dealing with are very good hosts. Their hospitality was unique.

Poor customer service.
Exchange service is very poor.
Poor fabric quality.
Very rude behaviour towards customers.
I had to pay 200 bucks extra for the same product which I have exchanged for tight stitching.They asked for extra money citing the reason that the coupon which was applied on previous product is not valid on this exchange. I had to wait for 30 min infront their counter still they argued with me. Product price was 549 exchanged product was 599. Knowingly they they extracted extra 300
