Great breakfast, dirty looking smelly sheets, washed but stained towels, friendly staff, reasonably clean rooms. Value for money but could do much better with a little more effort. Couldn't get a cup of coffee at 5 pm in the restaurant even after waiting for half an hour. Not sure why. Also that dirty bathmat and the piece of used and foaming sponge just left in the bathroom made me feel sick. See photos below. The sturdy wooden stick they provide to stir tea and coffee in the rooms is good and serves the purpose well but why they can't provide a simple teaspoon instead is beyond me. Only one small lift in the whole hotel and used by the staff and waiters as well. So going up for breakfast to the 4th floor every morning can be time consuming.

I have not seen any hotel having very bad type of management. If you order a food they will ask for a money first. It's money oriented hotel. So don't go here.
Not good at all don't waste your money. If I could give -5 is rating .

More or less decent accommodation, food quality average.
Service levels are far below average especially in conference rooms. Meeting started 1 hour late. Some staff members especially in reception are rude and very slow. Don’t ever make a mistake of asking for extended time etc. even if you are Corporate customer
