Awesome place, we have visited this place during 23rd Hornbill festival.. The ambience of this village during festival is just awesome. Morungs of different communities are displayed here with a stall of their's. Various food and craft shops are available during those festival days. It's one of a lifetime experience. Highly recommended during 1 Dec to 10 Dec every year.

Kimipfiiphe ground, Kigwema is located just above AH1. It's is about 12 KMs from the Kohima Capital City of Nagaland. It's has 1 Football standard sizes ground, Two volley courts, Traditional build Huts/Pavilion, gallery, multipurpose hall. Sufficient spaces for parking. 24 hours running water facilities etc. A convenient ground to organize sports events.
The ground maintained by Kigwema Youth Organization.
For utilization of the ground a prior permission can be obtained from KYO & for 1 day utilization a nominal maintenance fee is charge.
