Poor response to customer enquiries. Lacking professionalism. No response even after waiting for one month after placing order for a simple spare part.

The service is good enough and the mechanics are well-trained. But theres too many appointed cars for a day where the garage seems small enough to occupy more then 15 cars a day. And the entrance and exit at the same way makes difficult for the customers to reverse and wait for the car coming towards them. I find it difficult myself in a tight area with more then 15 cars.
