Honestly the place was absolutely fabulous, the decorations were fancy and the food was good, but the staff ruined it for us. First of all we certainly did book ahead of time but the staff refused to let us in, they were disrespectful and were awkward and rude towards us, and even told us they were closing before 9 even though we booked till 9. The overall experience was good but the service could've been better

The karaoke rooms were spacious while being not as expensive as other karaoke lounges. Suitable for hosting birthday parties with a larger amount of guests

We also enjoyed a cultural evening with Mizo dances. The context was explained in Hindi even.
