I had a very bad experience today, the guy at the reception at 3.20 pm on 19-05-2023 was extremely rude to us. He charged us service charge over the food we ordered. On requesting him to wave of charges he almost threatened us, I am writing this review immediately when I faced it my hands are still shivering. The guy bullied me saying "KAISE PAY NAHI KAREGA I SERVED U". It wasn't about the money I still feel scared.
Apart from him other staffs were really sweet and welcoming.
Beware of this worthless fellow.

Overall Very good and affordable. The view of Aizawl at night from the Balcony is the best part of the stay.
