Very much thrilling place surrounded by high mountain the route has its separate fun and thrill. If u go shillong must go there and see how the bamboo bridge and routes are made...

Thrilling experience.
I suggest that you go in the morning.
Few parts are normal hike and few parts you have to walk on bamboo which is made by locals.

Good trek experience
Scary trek
Path is situated on the very edge of mountains with bamboo trails
Scary trek existing in meghalaya
Overall a 3-4 hrs of trekking
Natural water pool is situated in between
You can relax and have a nice fish spa
